The customer was originally using a liquid-MoS2 product which was baked on, but there were too many inconsistencies with coating thickness. When the part was assembled, the coating was coming off and at times preventing proper assembly. Our WS2 solution limited the coating in all areas to less than .5um, which eliminated the problems with the dip and bake solution.</image:caption>
